HOW TO BREAK GENERATIONAL CURSES INSTANTLY – PART ONE

Curses only work because they have a cause. Proverbs 26:2 Says; as the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. Curses just do not work because they are thrown at people. A curse that has no basis can never work. So if any curse is working in the life of any that means the reason for the pronouncement is founded. It now becomes a spiritually legal voice speaking against a person’s progress and ensures that things always go wrong.

Yes, the truth of the matter is that most of our forebears truly did things that gave place for these curses to rest. Some of them pulled everyone including their future generations deliberately into whatever it was.

However, there are cases where though the curse may not really have been activated because it had no basis but because of what people have heard they allow fear to hold them captive and start controlling their lives. The result of this unfortunately, is now not too different from what the curse would have produced.

Now does it mean that nothing can be done about it when curses have a cause? Something indeed can be done about it but how to go about it is where the devil has also played his tricks on many people due to ignorance.

The first thing that must happen if we want to start dealing with these curses is that we have to change our roots from our natural roots to that of Jesus. We must remove ourselves from that of Adam which made us just living souls to that of Jesus which now makes us quickening spirits; 1Corinthians 15:45. All these and more happens when we surrender our life to Jesus and become born again.

As we have said earlier, when we get born again we have a new root and have become part of a new kingdom. We now have to be conscious of this fact and so learn to operate this new life if we must reap all of its benefits. Look at it this way, if you by any means become a Japanese today, you have to learn quite a lot of things for you to enjoy all that this new citizenship offers you. And how do you learn? You will definitely need the right teacher or guide. You may also have to study some books, which in our case is primarily the bible and others anointed materials by his ministers just as you are reading now.

So for us in this new kingdom God sends us his appointed men to help us out. Jeremiah 3:15 says I will give you pastors after my own heart who will feed you with knowledge and wisdom. So you must discover the man God has sent to you and connect to him. If the widow had refused to recognize Elijah and connect to him the calamity the devil planned for her and her family would have happened. If the Shunamite woman did not recognize and connect to Elisha, she would have died barren and God would have been watching. God has sent this as a solution for you today, receive it and freedom is sure for you.

The next thing we must realize is that when you get born again God becomes our father. This opens up a line of communication to him called prayer. Through prayer we can access the realm of the spirit for whatever has to do with us here on earth. But for this communication to be effective God has put some principles in place. These principles, he has also revealed to us in his word.

Having said this, I want to point out one key understanding that will make our communication become effective regarding the topic of discussion.

We must always be mindful of how we got into this new relationship with God. We must have to realize that everything we are, have or are delivered from today is by God’s mercy which he showed to us when he gave Jesus to die for our sins. So our new life is basically founded on God’s mercy which was by reason of his love. We did not merit or deserve it rather we were to be punished. This is why it is called Grace.

Because of this, there is no one who stands praying in this dispensation where we come to God by Jesus, the proof of his mercy, that has the right to pray judgmental prayers over those that did him wrong.

The bible says in Hebrews 4:16 that we should come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Mercy is what will silence the legal voices which are speaking against us by reason of those curses and background entanglement which we found ourselves in. Mercy also speaks for us against the things we ourselves are doing wrong today. But the problem is that when people gather to pray instead of praying and seeking God mercies they are seeking judgment over those that may have wronged them.

Now the problem is that most of those curses like I said earlier are working because there was a basis. So if judgment speaks you will be found guilty and cannot be released. What you need to pray in this case is for God’s mercy to prevail over every accusation. What does the voice of mercy speak? Mercy says you should not be punished even if you deserve to! That is it.

But in order for us to obtain or access mercy, we have to be merciful. Matthew 5:7. That means you have to also let go the people who by your own terms deserve to be punished. This is where breaking of generational curse begins.

But that trick of the devil is to get people to be praying judgmental prayers because he knows it will entangle them the more. But today your release has come.
